Cast from a hand carved Oamaru stone original, this oval bell has unique sound qualities due to it’s asymmetric shape. The ring changes subtly, depending on where you strike it.

Conversations with people from the interior
I started playing with this porcelain clay and making these little faces. I like making things that people can pick up and hold. I like ideas around community and communication, both with divisions and connection within.
The aim is to make something that’s simple and at the same time expressive of individuality or character.
