I started making Moving Mountains in Oamaru stone around the year 2000, but it was almost two decades before I had any cast in bronze, at Giltech Precision Castings, in my home town of Dunedin. This is the second set of three bronze Moving Mountains, first cast in 2018. This sculpture is a limited edition of 10 sets (sold out), with one artist’s proof currently remaining. This last work is only available here at sculpture.nz, directly through the artist. Artist’s proofs at sculpture.nz will go up in price at the start of each financial year. The largest mountain in this set measures 70 mm high, by 190 mm wide. The smallest mountain is 60 mm high, by 105 mm wide.
